The book of the Russian IT entrepreneur, developer and blogger Yegor Bugaenko, the owner of categorical ideas regarding the development process.
Egor describes his ideas in the book in a novel style as a person that had got a job in a company, then observe the processes and try to change the way of things happen.
I will characterize the book as a kind of workbook for the IT development processes organization.
The book is easy-readed, there are no illustrations, but the main ideas are highlighted with footnotes in the margins.
